Salary Offered

1. Manage on project and all process related.

2. Prepare necessary document for presenting the project to management team.

3. Manage the pilot team of local people for supporting the project.

4. Contribute in quality assurance by planning, monitoring and evaluation on the project.

5. Preparation of project plan, and budget.

6. Support for project admin arrangement.

7. Conduct field visit (includes translation for Country representative during field visit).

8. Assist the project team in the capacity development including training and coaching.

Job Requirement

1. University Degree in Banking, Finance

2. Have working experience in operation or credit team in banking and financial sector is a plus

3. Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.

4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

5. Be honest, friendly, active and creative.

6. Fluent in Khmer language and English, with good English writing skills.

7. Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Power-point, Internet and E-mail.

8. Able to travel to province for field visit.
